I'm so excited to try making this! I grew up going to church with a Filipino family, and they always threw the best parties complete with trays of pancit and lumpia.

But have you tried eating leftover pancit bihon on bread? :D

It has to be pan de sal, but white bread will do.

No!! But there are obv levels to this and you are operating at the top 😂. Will need to give it a go next time. Was actually thinking of trying to make my own pan de sal once- given it’s hard to find in London / Sydney. This might be the project!

So appreciate the long and short versions of the recipes. For some, like this one, I'm fine with the short. But for many of your dishes, I value the longer instructions.
